Current ranges (all ±): 1uA, 10uA, 100uA, 1mA, 10mA, 100mA, 500mA
Current resolution: 31pA to 15.3uA, depending on range
Current force accuracy: ±0.1% ±0.1% full-scale for 10uA to 100mA
GUI (Graphical User Interface)
In "voltage source" mode, the voltage is forced and the current is measured. The programmed current is the maximum value compliance, or clamp.
In "current source" mode, the current is forced and the voltage is measured. The programmed voltage is the maximum value compliance, or clamp.
Delays should reflect load capacitance and current.
