Benchtop Test System
Description:
Multi-Metrics is a collection of electronic instruments integrated into a small desktop box. Instruments are accessed through front panel jacks or ribbon cables, and are controlled by computer using a USB interface and software GUI's and API's.
Applications include:
* All-In-One benchtop instrumentation for product development & general purpose lab work.
* Fully automatic ATE test system with binning, datalogs, and summaries.
* Local or remote reliability monitoring & burn-in testing.
* System, sub-system, and component characterization & final testing
Three Software Packages:
* GUI organizes instrument groups with tabs, or use individual windows.
* ATE GUI automatically sequences through tests using min/max limits for pass/fail binning.
* API's for C/C++ and Python with static libraries for custom applications.
This software is open sourced. Code and example programs are included.
